I bought a custom home built by Live Oak Homes over a year ago and this has been one of my best purchases I have to admit. This has been a pleasant and rewarding experience; their service has been outstanding with prompt service being a top priority. I have been very impressed with the research and options provided in getting issues resolved during the warranty period. The house is well built and have received many compliments on the cherry wood cabinets and open floor plan design. This allows for the family to spend more quality time together and I know that I will always cherish the years to come in this beautiful house.

To Jeff and the Live Oak Staff,

I wanted to write to personally thank you for all that you have done for me and my family in purchasing our new home! We looked at over 30+ homes before we found our dream home designed and built by you. We like the fact that our home does not look like one of the traditional "cookie cutter" homes : ) I can start a laundry list of amenities included in our home that we absolutely fell in love with from the granite counters, tile floors, walk in shower with his and hers faucets....the list goes on and on. This is our first home and we couldn't of asked for a better house to settle down in. All of the custom features without the over-inflated prices and the quality and workmanship of your home is what sold us. Not to mention the unforeseen customer service after the sale! You have blew our mind with your quick response to all of our questions and concerns long after the sale. A big thanks and a job well done from the Sweetland family!

Hi Jeff,

I just wanted to tell you how much we love our new home!!! I would say that the upgrades in the kitchen and the custom features in the master shower was definitely a HUGE deciding factor for us. I also wanted to thank you for doing such a great job at keeping up with our needs long after we purchased our home from you. There are not too many builders who take true pride in their homes and do what it takes to meet their buyer’s needs.
